Job application tracker

When you apply to many jobs, the hard part is remembering what you sent where. CVitlo keeps each application with its status, notes, interview date, CV version and cover letter.

Start tracking

A clear pipeline

Every application moves through draft, adapted, applied, interview, offer or rejected. Filter by status, search by company or role, and see at a glance how strong each match was.

Notes, dates and reminders

Write notes on each application and set an interview date. Upcoming interviews appear in the notification bell so they are not missed.

The exact CV you sent

Each time you analyse a job, the CV version used is kept. Open an application later to see what you applied with, or re-run the match against the same posting.

Habits that make a tracker useful

Update the status the same day something happens, so the list is always true. Write down who you spoke to and what was promised in the notes, because details fade within a week.

Decide on a rhythm for follow-ups, for example a short message a week after applying, and use the notes to record when you sent it. Review the list once a week: close what is clearly over, and give your attention to the applications that are moving.

Look at the match score next to the outcome. If strong matches turn into interviews and weak ones do not, spend your time on the strong ones.

How it works

  1. Analyse a job with Match Job (it creates the application).
  2. Set the status as you apply and hear back.
  3. Add notes and the interview date.
  4. Come back to the list to see where everything stands.
